2. Information about the circuit registration process

To register for the Rafa Nadal Tour by Santander, the following steps must be followed:

• The parents or authorized representative of the minor participant must complete the "registration form" on the microsite www.rafanadaltour.com and accept this legal notice, the circuit regulations and code of conduct, and the data processing policy.

After submitting the form, the user will receive a message at the provided email address informing them of the following:

• that the form has been received correctly (they will be provided with a view of their registration data, giving them the possibility to communicate any changes or errors detected)
• how to make the registration payment. The tournament registration price is 35 euros (taxes included) per participant (per stage).
• Document that must be sent to the circuit organization signed by the minor's parents or legal representative, authorizing the minor's participation and the capture and dissemination of their image.

Once the registration payment has been made, the organization will validate it.

If the registration is validated, an email will be sent to the applicant confirming the registration.

In accordance with consumer regulations, the applicant may exercise their right of withdrawal and cancel the contract entered into by communicating it to the circuit organization within 7 business days following the date on which they sent the registration request.

3. Intellectual property

The user is informed that all elements of the microsite www.rafanadaltour.com are protected by intellectual and industrial property provisions, and therefore the text, design, images, trademarks, trade names, logos, etc. are owned by the Rafa Nadal Foundation or have been assigned or licensed to this entity, and consequently may not be used without the consent of the corresponding rights holders.

The Rafa Nadal Foundation must expressly and in writing authorize the establishment of links in another portal directed to the microsite www.rafanadaltour.com

The establishment of a link in the microsite www.rafanadaltour.com that directs the user to another portal does not imply acceptance or approval by the Rafa Nadal Foundation of the contents of the linked portal, although and in compliance with current regulations, the Rafa Nadal Foundation, in case of detecting any illegal content, will remove the link and communicate it to the relevant authorities.

The parties, with waiver of their own jurisdiction that might correspond to them, agree to govern any controversy related to the use of the microsite www.rafanadaltour.com and with the registration for the circuit to the courts and tribunals of the city of Barcelona.
