2. REGISTRATION FOR THE TOUR
To register for the Rafa Nadal Tour by Santander, the following steps must be taken:
- A parent, guardian or legal representative of the participant must complete the registration form through the www.rafanadaltour.com website and agree to this legal notice, the data processing policy and the tour’s rules and code of conduct.
- That the form has been received correctly (the registration information can be checked for errors or changes).
- Information about the method of payment. The registration fee for the tournament is 25 € (taxes included) per participant (for each tournament).
- A document to be signed by the child's parents or legal representative to authorize the participation and the capture and distribution of the participant’s image, which must be submitted to the tour’s organizer.
Once the registration payment has been made, it will be validated by the organization.
After the validation, an e-mail will be sent to the applicant confirming the registration.
According to consumer regulations, the applicant may exercise his/her right of withdrawal and terminate the contract by notifying the tour organization within seven working days from the date on which the registration application was submitted.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content included on the www.rafanadaltour.com website is protected by the intellectual and industrial property regulations and, therefore, texts, designs, images, trademarks, brand name, logos, etc. are either owned by the Rafa Nadal Foundation or have been transferred or licensed to this entity, and thus may not be used without the consent of the corresponding rights holders.

The Rafa Nadal Foundation should expressly authorize, in writing, the establishment of links to the www.rafanadaltour.com site which are included in other pages.

The parties, waiving any jurisdiction that may correspond to them, agree to submit any dispute related to the use of the www.rafanadaltour.com website or the tour’s registration to the courts of the city of Barcelona.
